AdmaxNetwork (Asia)... only useful if you have Southeast Asian based traffic like me.
AdsFactor (Hong Kong) approached me and they work well on my site.
Both of the aforementioned have good advertiser inventory (e.g. British Airways, HSBC Hong Kong, Smartone (Hong Kong cellular provider) etc, etc.

Infolinks also works very well for me, much better than Kontera.
Burst was a disaster on my site.

I'm sure on the lookout for more options.
