Ember that's not the point. Some of us had specific issues that we tried to solve on the forums but our questions were not answered, in fact ignored or if we asked about a color the answer was about a blog! (no related at all). Just like a rep of the goverment answering in court. We are trying to get pass behind the machines, that's all. I was surprised about the trend of the stolen cheques threads I read.
