Yes, looks like they realized that (they see all data and statistics behaving in abnormal patterns).

So social networks are surprisingly controlling the users' traffic. Google's changes may be justified if they hunt down the awesome success of Facebook. Presently, plus.google doesn't look nicer but it is still possible to take it to the next level of more than being absurd.

Business decisions are very much tied with technology prodigies. AdSense with plus is awkward and they may roll it back when they realize changes doesn't bring any positives.

They are afraid of Facebook. Very afraid.

Afraid, desperate and restless. Facebook is much better then Google plus programs presently but AdSense will continue to get better and better is what most of us expects at least. If it gets worst or doesn't keep growing, then it is a dramatic mishap for Google.
