I would be surprised if google don't announce (or just activate) some incentive to keep the +1 on ads, probably in the form of reduced payouts on those that remove it.

As it's not yet live - I'm going to wait and see what happens - and test as much as I can when it is.

It's interesting watching google try to force a social network success in an already dominated market. An idea for facebook - include an FB search on every 'like' button.

While these two billion dollar gorillas wrestle - we just have to avoid being trampled.
