Thanks guys. That's what I thought - I'm basically out of luck finding someone from AdSense to respond.

Funny thing is that I have gone to their campus at least 2-3 times for various user studies, and I had about 10 contacts within Google AdSense and apparently they have all left Google. (emails bounced back)
