After almost 8 years of being a [relatively good size] AdSense publisher, Google decided to ban my domain from AdSense.
History: I was on a business trip in Asia when Google sent me two emails, one was my ads were shown on a website that wasn't associated with me. Second one was that there were adult text submitted by a visitor on my guestbook pages, in Arabic language. (which I don't speak) The interesting thing was that we had already removed all AdSense ads on all guestbook pages almost a year ago. 3 days later, they disabled my domain. Since then, they haven't been replying to any of my emails sent to their suggested contact methods.
Finally, after going through some internal contacts at Google, someone sent me an email saying that she still sees AdSense ads on the guestbook pages! (all we show is AdBrite ads now) She suggested to reply to the email, and when I reply, it bounces back.
Is there any way to contact them by phone? There used to be an AdSense Adviser reading this forum, is he still around? It's been over 4 weeks and there is no way for me to communicate this issue with Google.
