@freejung ... when dealing with Panda issues I think everyone will give you the same answer 'perhaps' ... if you do a little research on this ?fb_xd_fragment you will see it gets attached to a url, making it in effect a new and 'unique' page - 'perhaps' one of the major issues is that you are creating 'duplicate' content which could be getting indexed - especially if this problem was not treated for a long time. These new ?fb_xd fragment url's are certainly making their way into the index from high profile sites like CNN so duplicate content would be a concern of mine ...

And duplicate content, coupled with a very high bounce rate of visitors back to the SERPs - to find a site which does not infuriatingly show a 'blank' page (bounce rate figures not from your google analtics data being used against you, but other indicators) - could certainly indicate a 'poor' user experience and a Panda Penalty ... but again I say 'perhaps'.
