This fb_xd_fragment issue is a big problem. Facebook should step-up to the plate and fix this and other issues. Shame on Facebook for not fixing these bugs!
It took us a bit of time to figure out how to fix the issue in .NET - our Facebook component is in a user control. What a pain in the ass.
