I have seen a company that allows any customization. They allow you to specify the size in pixels and the amount of ads returned. They also read your site (not sure how? css file maybe?) so that the colors, fonts etc. all mimic your site instead of limiting you to just a few colors and formats. So it won't be long until Google follows suit.
