Yes, continous pumping in articles requires constant writers for our websites. That is why i keep that amount out of the profit, and don't count in it. I keep that as a part of monthly investment or cost incurred for my business. For writers, i prefer Asians, who charge lesser when compared to their English counterpart, and whose language skills are really good. I go for the university grads out there, especially from India.
