Just to be clear, by the "Webmaster Quality Guidelines" you mean the general Google guidelines, not the AdSense specific policies and TOS, right?

On the Vibrant links, I'm not real familiar with their system. But I use Kontera and the number of links on a page can vary widely, the number of links can also be cranked up or down by Kontera at the publishers request if I recall right. So if there are alot of Vibrant links showing up, you might think about that.

Do the "related" links go to your own pages? If they go off site, could the content on the other site(s) be an issue?

Is there a possibility that the total ads on the page out weigh the content, either in substance or even just visually?
