Not similar. The Vibrant links are green under-lined. Its the standard Vibrant format and lots of people use Vibrant with Google.

Dianomi ads have images and text next to each other, are positioned away from my Google ads, have different fonts and look, and have a Dianomi logo along the bottom right. Again, lots of people use them with Google (especially big sites in the UK).

IN any case, the email was clear it was a webmaster quality guidelines proble.
