Did the email actually contain the text "remove comment spam" or did you write that to give us an idea of the email? Do you want to post the email here without the confidential info.? They usually cancel accounts in your case.

Also I believe you can read your messages in your adsense account. I've never gotten the type of message you received but I have messages with adsense recommendations in my account.
