It appears normal but you never know. Nobody but Google knows. 3 1/2 times that amount could be seeing as normal as it has happened to me in the past. Google is the one with data so all we can do is hope it is not click fraud. And I wouldn't contact Google for anything Adsense. People have gotten their account canceled after review "to protect the advertisers".
