Ups and downs, it's definitely not just Adsense. Other similar schemes, in my very recent experience, have even more dramatic ups and downs compared to Adsense.

I'm also experiencing the same larger than normal ups and downs in Adsense earnings. So I've decided to accept them and look at the long term trends (they also seem to be down unfortunately) which are not as dramatic as the recent day to day swings.

But another affiliate I use has incredibly violent swings which really freaked me out. But over the "medium term" (a couple of months) they have also evened out.

Maybe it's just the way things are at the moment.
