i wish i could get 20$ for 10k impressions

Depending on the price of the ads running and the visitor interest at the time, one of my sites will generate anything from $150-$270 with 10K+ impressions - per day

Only 10K impressions? think traffic...

Absolutely, there's no reason that couldn't double, triple, or become daily traffic level.

I do know sites with less traffic that earn hundreds per month, or more. I'd investigate what could be done to to increase earnings at that traffic level, which isn't a bad start.

You may find some affiliate offerings pay more than AdSense for your traffic level and combined they'll pay better.
