What is considered a normal CTR? Mine used to be around 2.4% and recently my visits went up and now it is almost 3%. Do i need to worry if it goes above 3%?

I'd say there is no normal/abnormal ctr. Some people are too afraid of Google banning their account, so they have created that fear in their mind, which is normal by the way.. It's like some people have a fear of their account being banned when they make their first $200, then at $500, then at $1000 they say, "It was all in my mind. I'm not doing anything wrong. Money is just easy to make". I had those fears.

Nobody has been banned for high CTR that we know of. It is the legality of those clicks what matters to Google. Anyway, my CTR is usually above 10% and could get as high as 30% sometimes.
