Their suggestions are automatic. I don't think a machine knows better about the best strategy for my site.

Probably if they would hire some real people where you can contact them it would help but as long as it is just a machine i don't give a ... about those automatic suggestions.

Talking to real people would be nice, machines are dumb :)
