You will find that those in the UPS club keep quiet, however a word of warning....

It is a bit like the sound barrier, it takes some pushing through, every time you get near your CPC goes down, so you have to build some more and so on.

So the comments about staying in the UPS club and sitting back is not the case, you have to keep building, building and then some to keep up with the longterm downward trend.
