Page is a not externally linkable

on my personal stat (i use Trace Watch) i have 2000 pages view / on adsense i have 750 pages.
Where are the missing pages ? If there are missing pages, I guess there was also a lack of income ?
Note : Trace Watch give me the same result that GG Analytic
