I never thought I would be involved in adsense, but when the site started making $50 - $200 per day I was stuck with the program.
My site is a very small fish and has more quality content compared to many of article sites we see come up time after time when I make sure new articles are unique.
Why is 70,000 articles asking for trouble? 500,000 plus articles on some of $2000 a day article sites is common with them adding, and getting indexed, 100s of new articles everyday. If you search through most of these large article sites they have casino, gambling, sex, adult, rx articles galore with adsense all over the place.
I have spent the last day and scrubbed my site of these articles, all in all there were fewer R rated stuff then I thought and most were there from when I bought the site to test another site I was building for a few hundred bucks and left it on auto approve.
Once my site went from an unattended test site that went up and down and host to host as I tested things to actually popping and making real money I started having all new articles reviewed to make sure none were dupe content, each was formatted nicely and real content. It's ironic that my quality checks have cost me traffic and I am getting a warning.
One of the big players in the article business told me he just auto approves everything as soon as it comes in. This has served him well because it's a race to get new content indexed before someone else and about 50% of the time when I do my dupe checks, he already has gotten the article indexed earlier that day.
At this point I don't see any reason to take my adsense off-line as I have done everything I can to meet their TOS. If there are other things I should look to clean up let me know. If I get nicked, oh well, it was my beer money site anyway.
