I am getting the same message in my Adsense account.
The same message was posted last time Google messed up the exchange conversion. That time it wasn't necessary to make any changes to our bank info so I am just going to wait and see.
They also sent an email yesterday stating that they are working on a solution and will have more information in the next few days.
