26 International supply contracts (2) The terms of such a contract are not subject to any requirement of reasonableness under section 3 or 4: and nothing in Part II of this Act shall require the incorporation of the terms of such a contract to be fair and reasonable for them to have effect.

IMHO this act has nothing to do with our agreement with Google. We have all willingly accepted their T&Cs, there are other suppliers one can use if one does not like their "contract".
