I agree huskyPup, if you can't get your payment system working properly at least pay me what you did last month or figure out my 3 month average and pay me that. You can work out the difference next month, when your system is no longer achtung.
Imagine telling Adwords that your means of payment is temporarily fubar so you'll just keep taking the advertising for free until you fix it?
I'm all for giving the company a chance to fix problems but simply saying you won't pay for this month when some rely on that money... not good enough.
