I have a three month old website with lot of interesting pages and has begun to do well in SE positions.
That is a very young website. Don't expect much atm.
As for interesting pages... That doesn't mean that they will earn anything.
Plus, that is your opinion, but it is Google and others that decides.
Is there someway I can project my earnings after six months.
And, more visitors does not mean more money.
Does fixing a target of say 50 dollars per day in 6 months seems a realizable goal?
For one, your site is too young.
I have no#1 SERPS for keywords/phrases that show 480,000,000 results. But that doesn't mean it will bring in tons of money.
I know this is not the right way to go about
but seriously feel that fixing a target can motivate me a lot.
Then seriously feel about bringing more visitors, content, SERPs. The rest will come. (in time).
At the same time I don't want to get disappointed at the end of six months if I could make only mere 5 dollars or so. In that case I could really reduce my target amount.
Then prepare for it now ;)
Best to expect nothing, then anything you get will be a bonus.
Hence any senior member, please advise me - can I achieve the goal with decent amount of work ?
I very much doubt that your niche will be paying out huge figures per click. You don't have the traffic to get lots of clicks.
Sorry to disappoint, but best to hear it now and not in 6 months time.
I cannot say what I earn per month, but I can say that daily payments can vary a lot. I've even earnt more money with over 100 less clicks. And there are days when I have earnt more when I have had 30% less visitors.
Like I said, concentrate on the site and not the adsense.
Afterall, you are making the site because you have a passion for your subject and the adsense is to help host it etc., and not because you are wanting to make money so you've made a website ;)
