Which was all rather pointless.
I accept what ASA said that payments are a major issue. I'll bet the enquiries are largely confined to specific geographic locations and probably mostly not in cases of direct deposit e.g. Australia and New Zealand, Canada, UK, USA and the like.
Why not direct the emails to those areas known for problems?
