Page is a not externally linkable

The single sign-on no longer works though. Even on my computer I keep getting asked to login every time. And as I said before, I linked all my Google accounts years ago when it first became an option.
I should clarify, mine problem of the page loading in the login box frame seems to only happen in Safari (on my iPhone).
