I've been with Adsense since 2005. Know how it works. Speak English. Understand the route to take to tell Google I have moved to a different country. Know how to fill in a form properly. Get to the page where it says my form has been submitted and someone will contact me. Then nothing.

Same here. Also very uncomfortable with the "cyclic" process of finding a link that takes you to another page, then another and then back to the first.

I know there are many answers already available on Google but just like any other "agreement" there are holes between the lines, and that's when we need to ask. Still no response here...

Not every question is a yes or no. Some of us are not silly, just found a hole and somehow we might be in a middle of a situation, so the online help doesn't help in those cases. It upsets me when I get the human response that makes evident nobody read the clean, detailed and structured email-explanation one has sent.
