Do you get enough traffic for impression based ads? That is what I use on my low click, high volume pages. there are several good programs out there, but typically, you have to have a minimum amount of impressions per month to qualify.

In impression based ads, the advertisers are typically more interested in branding, so they don't care if anyone clicks through.
