That's confusing the issue. The transparency you mention publishers wanting is between those publishers who use AdSense and Google. In the case of this survey, Google is asking for info about a publishers relationship with OTHER ad networks, etc. I'm glad to answer questions from Google about my AdSense account and AdSense in general. I'm NOT interested in giving Google info about my relationship with OTHER ad networks etc, or about my earnings from those relationships.
