I took the full survey. I dont see any harm in whatsoever questions they asked. Probably they know which ad networks you are using and how much space on your pages because your pages are already indexed by google bot and adsense bot. Also the percentage of Adsense to other ad networks on your page. They may not know the exact revenue share of adsense but that could be guessed with amount of space you are giving to Adsense in comparison with other networks.

Probably they just want first hand information as to how many publishers are turning to other options from adsense. :)
