I know I've preached this hundred times before... but we have pretty much seen zero problems with our ad targeting ever since we asked G to disable site targeting on our account.

I think the "loop holes" some of us think exist that let some advertisers slip through are most likely related to site targeted campaigns (more specifically category targeted campaigns) that are out of the control of the publisher.
