whatever@example.com Return to AdSense and use your Google Account to sign in. Well, duh. That's my login I'm trying to use. So I press the Continue button and eventually get to this: Then this: Then I get this: As a result, we're unable to update your AdSense login to this email address. However, you're welcome to choose a different email for your login. Of course it's associated with an existing AS account. Now why can't I freaking use it? This is why I call it a nightmare. It's perhaps the worst user experience ever associated with Google that I can recall. The implementation of this account consolidation sucks, it was badly designed and confusing.
It's a nightmare. Are you one of the following people?
If so, then you've already updated your login to a Google Account. I have an email address and password (Google Account) I already use with Google services like Gmail, Orkut, or the personalized home page. I'd like to use my existing Google account for AdSense. The email address you've selected is associated with another existing AdSense account.
