3:31:00 PM is quite late, and the Known Issues page is progress, but the info really should be at the Adsense Login page, or at the very least, provide a link there to the Known Issues page. The only reason not to make it visible at the Login page is if you can't login. There is no excuse for making publishers go look for answers to an issue over which it has no control and zero responsibility.
