marodhum, put a link to your privacy policy on your home page and don't worry about it. That's what I did, I unofficially read that somewhere on this site that just having the link there was OK. Hey, it's there and linked, that's good enough for me. I don't think they could ever "dictate" that you must link to it from all pages.
