It still says "Serving two or more identical ads on a single page constitutes double-serving, which Google does not support." which is rather curious, since it would seem the publisher would not be able to control what ads are appearing.

In theory, you could use ads from two different AdSense account in the same page, so showing the same ads. This does constitute double-serving
