It makes no mention of using the itentical type of ad unit more than once as being a violation of anything. It just mentions the same ad not being allowed more than once, which is obviously something a publisher can't control.

I wonder if the potential for running the same ads on a single page could happen if you have ad units in different frames on the same "page" a visitor would view.
