If I can write good articles in english, I can definitely drive free traffic to my own sites, then I won't worry about how much spend, and how much I earn. I just focus on building content and traffic.

Your english is fine. So give it a shot. Write articles about where you live. Take pictures with a digital camera and post them online. People will be more interested in your descriptions and photos than your grammar. In time, you'll have plenty of the free traffic that you seek. But don't expect this to happen within a few weeks, or even months. It will take a few years, but at that time I guarantee you'll be much farther ahead than if you keep trying "tricks" to game the system.
