Alyhough I do Adsense Arbitrage, but it's how I get money, I don't have much budges and english is not my native language.

By the way, google maybe not encourage their publishers use this method, but they won't ban these publishers unless they cheat google.

Actually, my traffic sources are really qualified. Traffic from YSM is not untargeted visitors.

The problem is not because of my traffic is ilegal or immoral. It's due to some niche markets' pay per click truely drop down.

And I also believe there are many advertisers lower their bid, or out of the PPC advertisement for a while.

I have communicate with google adsense's support, if they really don't appreciate what I do, I don't think they need to give me any advice.

For the people claim they don't have any change on their adsense income, that's maybe their niche markets are not effected that much.
Or they earn adsense income from very stable resources. Don't need to care about how much money can I invest on PPC. Their traffic come from free resources, of course they won't care about the market issue.

If I can write good articles in english, I can definitely drive free traffic to my own sites, then I won't worry about how much spend, and how much I earn. I just focus on building content and traffic.
