It's easy to think of large corporations as being impersonal entities - and many big companies work hard to maintain this image.

Thank goodness that Google isn't one of them :-)

But every large company comprises people - yes, just like me, just like everyone on this forum.

I think it's great when a large corporation is prepared to be seen as a bunch of people.
