I tried the new "Manage Ads" for one ad unit, and although it showed up as Status: Active, the new ad unit still did not display on my pages after 35 minutes. The warning on the Manage Ads page is that "Changes may not appear for up to 10 minutes", but this is obviously not accurate. I removed the nonfunctioning new Adsense code from my pages and reverted to the old code, and now my ads are back.
