Some decent competition might alter the overall percentages. Can't believe there still isn't any sensible competition.
1) The discount isn't coming out of your cut or Google's, it's coming off the top.
Sounds like you know that for certain EFV. Wouldn't be sensible for Google to encourage poor performing publishers by suggesting through their smart pricing that the publisher might get more through improving conversions? If they can figure out why they are "poor performing" of course.
