For all the publishers who feel you are being "cheated" by Google, please send Google a letter demanding that they pay you the 77% ratio that they are averaging across the network. Threaten to quit if they don't. Then follow-through with your threat if/when Google never responds.

It's a win-win-win situation: it will make you happy because you stood up to "the Man," it will make Google happy because they were able to get rid of another whiney publisher, and it will make the rest of us happy because you won't be siphoning off "our" money any more. :)
