The way I see it is that if G did not sell the advertising for us, we will need to hire a salesperson and absorb the cost.
Technically G can take anything they want. We have agreed to a contract with them. Theoretically if someone does not like the arrangement, can simply walk away. While I have no clue but I am assuming that G can vary that amount based on the changes in their costs for getting the ads. To give a small example, if their salespeople travel more and farther, the costs will go up and they will come out of the revenue.
