Or perhaps with dynamic IP allocation, how should Google know that a genuine potential who happens to have been allocated an IP address previously allocated to a publisher (they may both be customers of the same ISP) is not the publisher? Matt
I wonder how Google determines the identity of the person clicking on the adverts? What is to stop a publisher using a PC in a hotel lobby to log in and click on their own adverts?
