You'd think a lot of things when it comes to Yahoo. I've been wrestling issues with them on the advertiser side since the beginnings of the Overture days. Every now and then some poor YSM employee calls me up to ask why I'm not advertising as much for my clients as I used to, and then is much dismayed when I spend ten or fifteen minutes telling them exactly why not. They're still floundering in this whole advertising thing - on both sides.
