It cost me more in billable time to read this thread than you have listed in total earnings but that's not important now... ;)

There are lots of reasons your AdSense channels don't add up and you probably overlooked something.

I always make a list of my domains as channels and if the DOMAINS don't add up to the AdSense totals, then someone might have your adsense code on another server and you need to alert AdSense ASAP that fraud might be happening.
