1.) to use referral links inside blog posts as part of the article

Yes, we encourage publishers to integrate the ads into the main content of their sites.

2.) can we write reviews of products and link them?

Yes, just as with referrals 1.0, we encourage you to endorse the products you are referring.

3.) can we take links and create our own banners for the product?

No, publishers aren't permitted to alter the AdSense referral code in any way.

4.) can we click on these links inside adsense account to preview them?

Yes, inside your AdSense account you can click on the link to the advertiser landing page. However, once the code is live on your site, you can't click on your own ads.
