Is it possible the problem isn't that AdSense is witholding income from all publishers across the board and that a more likely scenario is that your site isn't performing optimally as an AdSense site for numerous reasons we've discussed recently?

:) ... anything is possible. I'm in this industry for more than 10 years now (with more then 12 web sites on a range of topics)...enough to know what is likly the reason though.

IMO, most publishers (empahsis on most) will continue to expriance deceresed earnings as time progresses. It is a sad fact of life...but it is what it is. We can continue calling it all kind of names...but nubmbers never lie.
