In my case, some crook stole all my content but replaced the Adsense ID with his then uploaded the content to his website. When I reported that to Google, I was asked to file a DMCA complaint though I thought that this was also an AdSense TOS violation. All I got was clicks to other pages that had links from that page. Not bad but I thought Google should have dealt with him considering he is violating AdSense TOS.
